Horrible service (non service) after waiting an hour. I was on deck twice and then the "system" deleted my name from the que.......Goodbye! People came in AFTER me and were accommodated on several occasions as I waited. Total fail!

Service was nice and the people working here are good but took much to long to get just a simple haircut. I checked in online at 10, showed up at the recommended time of 11?0 and didn?t get my hair cut until after 1.

Checked in online and got to store and checked in. Was first on wait list and then My name was gone so after Waited 35 min and not one of the workers said anything to me. Never will go back and will be calling corporate.
